In our efforts to elevate our service levels to bring about greater convenience and ease of obtaining support when you need it, WebGuru.sg is excited to present our new Service Desk, a ticket support system for exclusive use by our web development clients.
The Service Desk enables you to :
1. Submit Issue / Bug Reports and Support Requests (within or outside the service warranty period)
2. Request for Quotation (for implementing new features, functions, media etc)
With the implementation of the Service Desk and taking full advantage of its superior logging, tracking and communication platforms, WebGuru.sg will no longer accept new support/job requests made through the telephone or email.
